Mica Gardenscapes is hiring for several positions for the 2025 summer season. The season runs from Mid-May to Mid-October, weather dependent.
We are a small team that balances working hard with a positive and fun environment. We provide gardening services in the Steamboat area, and operate a retail nursery in Oak Creek.
No prior experience is necessary for any of our positions, as ongoing training is provided. Should you find your passion in gardening, there is opportunity for growth & continuing education.
Available Positions
Garden Crew
Garden Crew positions are available both FT & PT. The crew works Monday-Thursdays with lighter days on Fridays so we can all enjoy the summer activities! You will be responsible for spring clean ups (pruning, raking, weeding, mulching), regular garden maintenance tasks (weeding, deadheading) and plantings. Pay begins at $22. No prior experience is necessary.
